No landscaped raceway would be complete without lighting and trees. Track lighting adds to the realism of any raceway and allows you to stage long distance endurance races such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 12 Hours at Sebring. Trees will add visual interest and help to create the illusion of a real raceway.

The light shown below is approximately 3" tall and has a base with concealed wires that run under the table. Just dill a small hole, thread the wires under the table and insert the base of the light pole in the hole you've drilled.

Drill a hole just slightly smaller than the base of the light post and you can simply press-fit each light in place.

Note: These lights require a 6 Volt DC power source. Do not use a higher voltage power pack, such as what comes with most race sets. Voltages higher than 6 VDC will burn out the bulbs!

Track Lights are sold in packages of six (6) Use the power supply listed below to power up to 30 lights.

A few trees placed around your raceway will also add to the realism of your track. Several styles and sizes are available, and like the lights described above, can be installed by simply drilling a small hole and pressing the trunk of the tree into the hole you've made for it.

The tree trunks are made of plastic with a metal wire armature running through the middle. The tree limbs can be adjusted by bending to create varying shapes.

These large trees measure approximately 3" in height. Each package contains five (5) trees. They look best when arranged in a group, or when combined with other sizes to make realistic groupings.

These medium trees measure approximately 2 1/4" in height. Each package contains five (5) trees. They look best when arranged in a group, or when combined with other sizes to make realistic groupings.

These small trees measure approximately 1 3/4" in height. Each package contains five (5) trees. They look best when arranged in a group, or when combined with other sizes to make realistic groupings.

These willow trees measure approximately 2 3/4" in height. Each package contains five (5) trees. These trees are perfect for placing near water, or to create a shady area for spectators. They look most realistic when placed together to form a small grouping.

These Autumn colored trees measure approximately 2 1/2" in height. Each package contains five (5) trees. These trees are perfect for creating the Autumn foliage you might see at race tracks like Watkins Glen or Road America in the fall.
